In today’s digital world, we keep interacting with countless digital assets. We keep refering to these digital assets time to time, but it is difficult to keep an account of these digital assets in a large organisation like SBG. This is the starting point of DAC, a digital asset catalogue. It allows organizations to manage digital assets such as loans, services and documents. In addition, DAC is a secure, safe, organized and instantly accessible tool to employees from around the world.
As part of the design team, we were asked to design such DAC portal for Standard Bank. Though the name is still not decided, Unfair advantage and Digital asset catalogue were two of the choices to name this portal.

The absence of a centralized Partner Directory and digital asset repository makes it challenging for users to access essential resources, connect with existing partners, and evaluate the credibility of service providers effectively.
The absence of a centralized Partner Directory and digital asset repository makes it challenging for users to access essential resources, connect with existing partners, and evaluate the credibility of service providers effectively.
A Service Blueprint was created for the Gartner Peer Insights-Vendor Portal to align stakeholders and improve department collaboration.
It mapped out processes and user interactions, making the product easier for everyone involved to understand and use.
