Create an Account
Company and Product Listing
David visits Gartner Peer Insights - Vendor Portal, clicks "Get Started," and creates an account by filling in all the mandatory fields. He lists his company, completes the product listing form, adds his product to the market, and submits it to the Market Operations Team.

Visit Market and Products Page
To update his profile, David visits the Markets and Products page. The first half of the section displays David’s company profile, while the second half lists all the products. David can edit his profile by clicking on “Edit” and manage his products.

Visit Dashboard Page
David visits the dashboard page to compare his product's metrics and standing against other products. At the top, he uses the Market and Time Range filters to refine the results accordingly.

Visit Buyer Insights

Buyer Insights provides valuable data on why customers choose particular products, helping David understand the buying behavior related to his product.

To boost his brand, David shares positive reviews by selecting and customizing snippets on the Review Snippets page, posting them on LinkedIn. He then creates a widget on the Widgets page and shares it with his developer for integration.

David receives a welcome email with a "Schedule Onboarding Call" CTA. He clicks it, schedules a call with the Vendor Success Team, and receives a follow-up email with the details of his assigned Program Manager. David then visits the vendor portal and lands on the Get Started page.

Visit Review Sourcing
Create Link
To get started on reviews, david visits Review sourcing and select select “Create a Sourcing link”. There he fills a form and a sourcing link is created. He is then redirected to the template library where he learns more about how he can utilize this link for reviews.

Onboarding Checklist
After getting approval on the vendor portal, David must complete a checklist to understand the next steps. He can take a guided tour or watch pre-loaded videos for specific processes.

Published Reviews
Review Funnel
David receives a monthly email. He clicks "View Reviews" and lands on the Published Reviews page. Using the left panel filters, he reads the reviews. He can "Reply to Review" (opens an email) or "Read Full Review" (opens Peer Insights - End User).
